Miejska Strefa Kultury w Łodzi (Poland, Lodz)
“Miejska Strefa Kultury w Łodzi” (MSK) is a public cultural centre co-financed by Municipality of Łódź. It consists of 15 branches located in different districts of the city. The branches work under one brand, combining their experience and achievements.Main aim of MSK is to respond to the needs of local community in the area of non-formal and informal education. The mission of MSK is to educate adults and youth, to propagate culture, animate and integrate the local community.
MSK`s branches organize activities related to music, dance, theater, folklore and visual arts offering various forms of artistic, social and cultural education in different forms: classes, workshops, picnics, festival, conferences, seminars, trainings, art exhibitions, meetings with artists, lectures, interest clubs, etc.

CIAPE – Centro Italiano per l’Apprendimento Permanente (Italy, Rome / Lazio)
CIAPE - Centro Italiano per l’Apprendimento Permanente (Rome, Lazio, Italy) is a non-profit cultural association and social enterprise that promotes lifelong learning in an innovative and inclusive way, also in the VET field. CIAPE is particularly experienced in designing and delivering training focused on soft skills and competences needed for the future labour market, and it supports organisations through research, forecasting, strategic documents and recommendations on emerging skills and professions. It also acts as a bridge between education and the world of work, helping teachers and company mentors design, implement and evaluate meaningful work-based learning experiences. With 15 years of experience in the sector, CIAPE has a solid background in European cooperation projects and is active in European communities related to qualifications and quality in VET (including CEDEFOP-related communities), with practical know-how in using EQAVET/ECVET approaches and describing professional profiles through qualification frameworks. Sustainability is also a strong element of its identity-CIAPE promotes circular economy thinking across its work and has hands-on experience in designing with used materials, especially in textiles and furniture.

AD HOC Gestión Cultural SL (Spain, Zaragoza / Aragón)
AD HOC Gestión Cultural SL (Zaragoza, Aragón, Spain) is a small and medium-sized enterprise with more than 15 years of experience in the culture and tourism sector, working closely with both public and private entities and guided by the belief that art and culture can contribute to a better world. The organisation’s profile combines cultural management with a strong educational dimension: it delivers training and mentoring for young artists to improve employability and career development, provides training for cultural professionals, offers cultural consultancy, and designs, implements and evaluates cultural projects at local, national and international levels (including programmes such as Erasmus+ and Creative Europe). AD HOC operates with a core team of four paid specialists supported by a broader network of collaborators, and it emphasises competency-based training and strategic planning for new cultural products and services. Sustainability and community work are also part of its identity: the organisation has delivered local artistic workshops using recycled materials such as cardboard and plastic, linking creative reuse with local traditions and storytelling, and it collaborates with an associated partner-one of Zaragoza’s oldest galleries-helping connect the project with the local art ecosystem, including emerging artists who work with recycled materials.

Liceul de Arte “Constantin Brăiloiu” (Romania, Târgu Jiu / Sud-Vest Oltenia)
Liceul de Arte “Constantin Brăiloiu” (Târgu Jiu, Sud-Vest Oltenia, Romania) is a public, non-profit vocational arts school founded in 1958 and described in the application as the only vocational arts school in the Gorj district.
The school educates around 500 learners aged 6–19 and employs over 70 teachers, offering a strong artistic profile that spans music (vocal, traditional, instrumental and theory), visual arts (painting, sculpture, graphics, architecture and design) and drama (acting and pantomime). Its mission is to support students’ all-round development by encouraging them to express their talent through the universal language of art, while also nurturing a modern sensitivity to social and environmental challenges. The school highlights students’ growing interest in ecology and sustainability, supported through extracurricular activities and participation in national initiatives such as a climate change education week organised by the Romanian Ministry of Education, as well as workshops focused on recycling, upcycling and “trash-hack” type campaigns.
It also points to its experience in exhibitions at local, national and international level and the pathway many graduates follow into arts and design higher education, alongside a history of international project participation that strengthens learners’ motivation, intercultural awareness and collaboration.
